I’ve been so hungry all week
Like… I’ve seriously been hungry even after eating a nice meal. I don’t know if it’s a side-effect of going off birth control or what but it’s annoying. If it is, I hope my body adjusts soon.
I made spaghetti for lunch today and it was very good. I think I’ll make it again for dinner since it’s only 7 points.

Work has been insane. I’m so glad it’s the weekend!
I have been keeping up with my points fairly well. I think I went over on Wednesday or something but not by much. Also, for the first time in my life… I am able to do sit-ups. WAT. Derby is making a man woman out of me.

Sorry I’ve been quiet!
I’ve been sticking to my points though I think I may have gone over by 1-2 points yesterday. No biggie. Making a tracking post later today if work calms down…

Late-Night Weigh-In Monday
I weighed myself this morning but I forgot to make a post about it! I am currently 138 lbs! I am SO SO SO SOOOOO pumped about this! Just 3 more pounds to go! Eeeeeeee!

Current Weight: 138 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 135 lbs (3 lbs away)

Eating today was odd
I didn’t have breakfast. I had tea instead. Then for lunch I had a blackened chicken breast spinach salad. For dinner I had half a spinach tomato mushroom wrap with cauliflower salad a small brownie and a bag of chips. No idea what my point intake for the day was but I don’t think it was bad.

Dinner tonight was a movie theater hot dog with ketchup and mustard
and a bottle of water. Still have 2 points left. Wat.

Started Tracking my points again!
I had crackers + cheese for breakfast for 4 points and then a smart ones bistro meal for 5 points! I have 13 left for dinner!

I Miss My Jeans: My lunch today
Can’t believe how few points are in that parfait and that salad!
That link is going to be a lifesaver!
I had to go to the thrift store to finish a costume so I had to eat out today. I stopped by McDonalds and had their Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad and a Fruit N Yogurt Parfait. The salad was 6 points, the dressing was 3 and the parfait with granola was 4 points. Total points for my lunch today…

I need to actually start tracking my points again
I’ve spent the last couple of days eating relatively right but not counting points. I need to start up again before it gets out of hand… How do you diet and handle a break up at the same time? I just want to say fuck it and devour everything.
